Flavio Rangel was born on August 6, 1934 in Tabapuã, São Paulo, Brazil as Flávio Nogueira Rangel. He was a director and actor, known for Gimba, Presidente dos Valentes (1963), Grande Teatro Tupi (1951) and Mar Corrente (1967). He was married to Ariclê Perez and Maria Dulce Pedreira. He died on October 25, 1988 in São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
