Kate Eifrig，Kate grew up in Indiana, just thirty minutes from Chicago. At age 9 she started playing cello and at age 15 she started drinking coffee by the gallon at the local truck stop. When high school and the thrills of Hoosier life lost their glamorous sheen she headed off to New Orleans to get her bachelor's degree.
