Jerzy Toeplitz，Toeplitz helped to found and was the first rector The World Famous Polish Film School in Lodz. Toeplitz is credited with devising the structure and syllabus for training many of the world's finest film directors including Roman Polanski, Andrzej Wajda and Jerzy Skolimowski.
