Taylor James Howard，Taylor was born in Longview, Washington and resided in the Northwest the majority of his life. Moving around quite a bit between Seattle, WA and Fortuna, California, Taylor finally settled in Toutle Lake/Castle Rock area of Washington, at the base of Mt. St. Helens at the age of 10.
