William Caploe，Bill has always been an inspirational and one-of-a-kind figure. He grew up in a small bay area town in California called Castro Valley. He was one of three adopted children of George and Patricia Caploe. He and his siblings were introduced to the performing arts at a young age and willing fell into them.
