Heather Lynne Carter，Heather was born in Dallas, Texas. At almost a year old her parents decided to move to Moore, Oklahoma where she grew up and graduated from Moore High School. Heather started doing print modeling at the age of 13 and has been in numerous print ads. Heather has slowly transitioned into acting, aspiring to do on-camera TV and movies.
