Emily Arnstein began her ballet training at the age of 7 in Pasadena, CA under the mentorship of Cynthia Young and Laurence Blake at Pasadena Dance Theatre. As a member of their company she performed in the Nutcracker, Graduation Ball, and original choreographic works for Regional Dance America Festival, to which she also contributed choreography.
