Thomas Tiberius Meikl，Meikl was born and raised in St. Johann in the Tyrolean Alps. In his early years he realized that being part of the parents carpentry company would not do it for him. First he started out as a journalist after his International Business Studies (major marketing) but soon changed to acting.
