Skylar Duhe，This not so southern girl was born May 17, 1984 and raised in New Orleans, LA. Although she grew up in the deep south, Skylar never developed the common accent it is still known for till this day. She always felt she was different and meant for bigger things than this southern city could provide, even in her teens.
