Lon Michael Lee started training in Shao Lin Kung Fu at the age of seven, when his Chinese uncle, a Kung Fu trainer for the Taiwanese army, began teaching him and his brother the martial arts. Lon quickly became physically adpt and found martial arts a vital part of his life.
