Cisco Reyes was born Francisco Manuel Reyes in Westchester, New York to a Puerto Rican Father, Joseph C Reyes Sr. and Mother, Sandra Y. Reyes from Trinidad and Tobago. He is the last of seven kids with four brothers and two sisters.
