Deborah Charity，Deborah Alisa Charity was born in Youngstown, Ohio, the fourth of four children of Dorothy (Charity) Smith, and Franklin Hower Charity. She grew up in a middle class area in Youngstown Ohio, called Liberty Township. Deborah attended Liberty High School located in Liberty Township Ohio, and graduated from South High School at the age of 16.
