Farrukh Dhondy was born in 1944 in Bombay, India. He is a writer and producer, known for The Rising: Ballad of Mangal Pandey (2005), The Path of Zarathustra (2014) and Kisna: The Warrior Poet (2005). He was previously married to Mala Sen.
