Jeffery Harwell，Born 1959 in Ft. Worth, Texas, Jeffery the middle of three children and his parents moved to Dallas, Texas in 1972. From there he attended South West Texas State University located in the Texas Hill Country. After college Jeffery moved back to Dallas where in 1985 he married and started a family.
