Timothy-Ryan O'Kane，Tim-Ryan O'Kane was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 1980. He studied film and television production at the prestigious Alexander W. Dreyfoos Jr. School of the Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida, and was the first recipient of the annual Palm Beach International Film Festival Burt Reynolds Film Scholarship.
