Mikhail Kukushkin，Born May 12, 1976 in Kurgan (Russia). In 1999 Mikhail established a commercial television station "Region-45" (market: 1.5 million viewers), which in 2003 was voted best TV station in the Kurgan region. Later same year, the television station has grown into largest media holding in the region.
