Andrei Smyslov，Belarusian film technician Andrei Smyslov was born in city of Mazyr, Belarus, in 1934. He received a technical degree in electronics and engineering from Belarusian State Polytechnic Academy. During the late fifties and early sixties Andrei held various state assigned positions including working at the Minsk Gorizont Radio Factory.
