The reality comedy documentary filmed contestants interacting with their friends and loved ones, with the condition of convincing them that a trained actor was their new best friend. Over the course of 48 hours, the new friend would torment the contestant relentlessly, asking them to commit embarrassing and irreverent acts, to the chagrin and concern of their friends and family, for a prize of $15,000.
