Dumb Luck

The unknown Aaron Luck gets elected to his local city council due to low voter turnout. Once elected, he introduces one new law after another based on his half-baked idea of what politicians are supposed to do, turning once-sleepy Maple City, Iowa into a hotbed of political controversy. More seasoned local pols who try to reign him in become gradually unhinged as Luck's intern, Danny, makes the newcomer's foolish ideas seem somehow normal, and Luck's political stock rises as they hilariously unravel.
