死亡海岸

Costa da Morte is a region in the northwest of Galicia (Spain), which was considered to be the end of the world during the Roman period. Its dramatic name comes from the numerous shipwrecks that took place over the course of history in this area comprised of rocks, mist and storms. The camera wanders across this vast territory, observing the fishermen and the craftsmen who inhabit it. It witnesses their conflicted relationship with their land and its elements, trying to approach the mystery of the landscape and to understand what links the men, their mainland, their history and their legends.
