BEFORE BREAKFAST is the first Cristi Puiu’s fiction film, filmed in 1995, as diploma work for École Supérieure d’Arts Visuels in Geneva. The story follows the characters of a broken couple as they live a story of disaster, inspired play by Eugene O'Neill. Selected in 1995 for the Film Festival in Locarno.
