Member of Parliament

Facing insurmountable odds, including corruption, poverty and the HIV epidemic, this film follows the lives of several students in Uganda. They love their country and we see their determination to improve the lives of Ugandans. The biggest obstacle for them is receiving the education that is necessary to achieve their goals. We meet Hoogo, a bright 15 year old with a passion for politics. These children realize that by having a school to attend, they are the lucky ones. They have dreams for their future. Hoogo's dream is to become a Member of Parliament. They will not give up on their dreams..they will change Uganda.
