All Suspects

When detective Scott Foley arrived at Rodino's apartment he found Andrew in the bedroom and Rodino dead from a single gunshot to the head. He questioned Andrew, took his notes and CSI collected evidence. The facts were in but facts can sometimes stand in the way of justice in detective Foley line of work. He was not about to let that happened and not this time when the population of the city was changing fast and something needed to be done.
