D is in the game of hustle on the streets with his crew and is a gifted artist in poetry/rap but does not focus on that as much because he is focused on the daily grind of hustlin`. Members of his Crew try to encourage him to pursue a musical rap career but he does not really pay attention until things happen in his life that make him think about the choices he is making.
