Two people who could not be more different, get to know by chance one evening and do not know since how important they will be for each other. The unsuccessful presenter Jessica Engel - has just been left by her husband and without a job - wants to take her life on a night, as she will be stopped in an unconventional manner by Max Schönborn. Jess has no idea that Max in truth is a professional killer, who followed a couple of very different intentions. First, they go their separate ways, but after a few months they meet again when Jess has more success in business and is moderatoring a new talent show called "Cast me!".
