placed in the 70's, or at least for some of the characters, the movie takes place in an alternate reality, inside the real world, with two cops that should have never been partners in the first place, and two gangsters to "bad" to be true. based on a real story... or at least it is in someones head! Guns, girls, drugs, and cops... expect the unexpected.
